What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is stunning with such a modern design. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of variety, and the croissants were delicious. The swimming pool and spa area were impressive, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I loved the location, set with a backdrop of mountains and cows grazing in the distance. It was so peaceful!
While there are a few areas for improvement, the negative aspects did not outweigh the positive. The biggest disappointment was the slow service during dinner, but the food was worth the wait.

Spent Christmas in the mountains with beautiful views of cows grazing in the distance. Great location close to ski slopes and shops. Enjoyed the food! Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall had a great time skiing, walking, and enjoying the Christmas festivities.
The steam room could use some work as it wasn’t working properly, and the dinner service was a bit slow. , the pool area could have been better equipped, as we had to pay extra for a bathrobe and pool towels weren't provided.
